MONVELOP

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for creating and using a MONVELOP account.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using MONVELOP, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement, or meet the minimum age and capacity required by the law that applies to you.

2. What MONVELOP provides

  • MONVELOP is a budgeting tool for organizing balances, imported transactions and spending plans into envelopes.
  • Bank access is read-only. MONVELOP cannot initiate payments, transfers or withdrawals from your bank account.
  • MONVELOP is not a bank, payment institution, accounting service or financial, tax or investment adviser.
  • Balances, transactions and insights may be delayed or incomplete when a bank or data provider is unavailable.

3. Your account and security

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • Keep your credentials and devices secure, and promptly end or report sessions you do not recognize.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • Do not share access in a way that compromises your account or another person's data.

4. Bank connections and your data

A bank connection is created only after you authorize it through the available open-banking provider. Your bank and that provider may apply their own terms. You can disconnect the bank in the application or revoke access through your bank where supported.

You allow MONVELOP to process the information you provide and the read-only bank data you authorize only as needed to operate the service. The Privacy Policy explains the data, purposes, retention and your rights.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use MONVELOP unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person's rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access another account, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use automated access that places an unreasonable load on the service or conflicts with published technical limits.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MONVELOP available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product, providers or legal requirements evolve.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, unless mandatory law requires separate consent.

7. Ending use

You may stop using MONVELOP and delete your account in Account settings. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a serious breach of these terms.

Account deletion and data retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

8. Responsibility and applicable law

You remain responsible for budgeting and financial decisions made using the information shown in MONVELOP. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute; competent courts are determined by applicable law.
